Collection Procedure:

Please call us at +44 7568 553 871 10 minutes before your intended collection time to confirm your order is ready.
Collection times are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Orders are processed within 25 minutes of being placed during collection hours.

Scheduled Delivery Within Exeter (Postcodes EX1, EX2, EX3, EX4)

Delivery Options:

Free Delivery for orders min £25 & above within Exeter Postcode EX1, EX2, EX3, EX4
Additional delivery fees may apply for postcodes outside the specified Exeter radius (3 miles).

Delivery Schedule:

Cut-Off Times:

Orders must be placed during store opening hours to qualify for same-day delivery.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Important Notice:

While we will make every effort to dispatch orders within the specified delivery times, this cannot be guaranteed.
All deliveries will be door-to-door only. Our delivery personnel will not enter your premises.

Postal Delivery (Outside Exeter)

Delivery Options:

Standard Delivery: Orders processed and delivered within 48 hours for in-stock items.
Flat Rate: £4.99 for orders within the UK (via Royal Mail or DHL).

Important Notice for Certain Items:

Orders containing frozen goods, bread, glass items, or perishables are shipped at the buyer’s risk.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds are provided for damages, leakage, or delays during transit for these items.

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an order number and delivery confirmation.

Fiesta Mart Ltd is not liable for products damaged or lost during delivery.
To file a claim for damaged goods, contact our support team and retain all packaging materials, damaged items, and receipts.
