Click and Collect
Collection Address:

Collection Procedure:
- Please call us at +44 7568 553 871 10 minutes before your intended collection time to confirm your order is ready.
- Collection times are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Orders are processed within 25 minutes of being placed during collection hours.
Scheduled Delivery Within Exeter (Postcodes EX1, EX2, EX3, EX4)
Delivery Options:
- Free Delivery for orders £29.99 and above within Exeter postcodes EX1–EX4.
- Additional delivery fees may apply for addresses outside the 3-mile Exeter radius.
Delivery Schedule:
- Monday to Wednesday: 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM
- Thursday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Cut-Off Times:
- Orders must be placed during store opening hours to qualify for same-day delivery.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Important Notice:
- While we aim to dispatch all orders within the stated delivery windows, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
- Deliveries are door-to-door only. Delivery personnel will not enter premises.
Postal Delivery (Outside Exeter)
Delivery Options:
- Standard Delivery: In-stock items are processed and dispatched within 48 hours.
- Flat Rate: £4.99 for UK deliveries via Royal Mail or DHL.
Frozen & Perishable Items – Important Policy Notice
- Frozen items are purchased at the buyer’s own risk.
- No refunds, replacements, or compensation will be issued for frozen items if delays occur due to local couriers or third-party delivery partners.
- Fiesta Mart adheres strictly to tracked 24-hour shipping for all frozen items at all times.
- Once an order is handed over to the courier, Fiesta Mart Ltd is not responsible for courier-related delays affecting frozen or temperature-sensitive goods.
- This policy also applies to bread, glass items, and other perishable products.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
- After checkout, you will receive an order number and delivery confirmation.
- Orders are shipped using tracked services where applicable.
- Track your order using the order number provided.
Damages
- Fiesta Mart Ltd is not liable for products damaged or lost during delivery.
- To file a claim, contact our support team and retain all packaging materials, damaged items, and receipts.
